What do I need to do before using the services?
1) Make sure your PC or tablet supports the app.
- Tablet: Android, iOS (iPad)
- PC: Windows, Mac OS
* Recommended browser: Chrome
2) It is necessary to register the company information as well as a login ID.
3) Usage registration is required between the company and the end user.
* The end user must first install an AQUAREA Cloud Adapter (CZ-TAW1) and be connected to the Internet.
How can I register the company information?
Enter the necessary company information on the “Service application form” screen. Login IDs and e-mail addresses already used by other users cannot be registered. Because the company name is displayed on the end user screen as well as in e-mails, we recommend that you enter the official name.
We recommend that you create an internal mailing list in “E-mail address for notification.” Employees who use “AQUAREA Service Cloud” will be able to receive notification e-mails from the system after they are registered in the mailing list.
We recommend that you add the e-mail addresses of the service administrators in “E-mail address for editing company information.”
Is there a fee to use the services?
The services can be used free of charge. (As of April 2018).
However, any charges for the Internet—which is necessary to communicate with the adapter—as well as mobile data communication charges incurred when the services are used away from the company are the responsibility of the customer.
What do I need to do if I want to stop using the services?
You can withdraw from the services by pressing the “Terminate service” button on the “Edit company information” screen in “AQUAREA Service Cloud".
Once you withdraw from the services, you will not be able to use the services and functions you are currently using. Also, be aware that all entered information will be permanently lost.
What services can I use with “AQUAREA Service Cloud”?
AQUAREA Service Cloud” allows the user to remotely control its customers’ heating systems, thus saving time and money, and shortening response time for increased customer satisfaction.

Are there any services that can only be used with “AQUAREA Service Cloud” and not with the remote control included with the AQUAREA unit?
“End user management,” “Statistics,” and “Data log” are services that can only be used with “AQUAREA Service Cloud.”
Can multiple users use the services at the same time with one login ID?
Multiple members within the company can log in at the same time with one login ID to use the services.
For security reasons, change the login passwords on a regular basis and take all appropriate safety measures when managing accounts.
Which of the remote control included with the AQUAREA unit or the PC/tablet takes priority over the other when remotely controlling the unit?
Operations performed with the remote control included with the AQUAREA unit will be reflected even if the unit had first been remotely controlled from a PC or tablet. Remote operations performed from a PC or tablet will be reflected even if the unit had first been controlled using the remote control included with the AQUAREA unit.
What happens when the unit is remotely controlled using two or more instances of “AQUAREA Service Cloud” at the same time?
The most recent settings sent to AQUAREA will be applied.
