We are always looking to enhance the performance of our Heat Pumps, with this in mind when we improve our units we change the generation development sequence letter (red square letter above).

All our units will be changing from either C,D & E to “F” series, during this changeover period some “F” series units may reach the market place before being MCS accredited, we therefore ask that you confirm with your purchaser if the product is going to be installed under MCS and the domestic RHI is going to be claimed, if yes then the  product you are supplying is listed as an approved MCS product. 

When you place an order with Panasonic, please state that the product request is for an MCS accredited product if in doubt.
