Panasonic Opens New European Flagship CENTRE of EXCELLENCE for Aquarea in Pilsen
31/10/2025

Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions proudly announces the opening of its new European flagship training facility, the CENTRE of EXCELLENCE, at its Aquarea heat pump site in Pilsen, Czech Republic. This purpose-built, professional learning centre is reinforcing the company’s commitment to continuous professional development throughout the industry.
Designed
with a focus on hands-on training, the CENTRE of EXCELLENCE offers a
centralised European location with approximately 300 m² of advanced learning
space. The facility features classroom environments, dedicated work bays for
practical experience, and showcases all Aquarea solutions - Panasonic’s leading
range of air to water heat pumps. The centre is equipped to deliver accredited
training, remote learning opportunities, and direct support for projects of all
sizes, ensuring participants gain up-to-date skills and knowledge in a rapidly
evolving sector.
The CENTRE
of EXCELLENCE serves as a vital hub for ongoing professional development, not
only benefiting external partners, but also underscoring Panasonic’s investment
in its own workforce.

Alongside
the flagship Pilsen facility, Panasonic has further strengthened its commitment
to European training with the recent opening of the Panasonic Lab in
Barlassina, Italy. This cutting-edge site, now ten times larger than its
predecessor with 300 m² dedicated to both technical and theoretical learning,
features a substantial exhibition area for hands-on exploration of high-power
systems and a technical zone with fully operational units, fostering
professional development and technical excellence.
Through
these initiatives, Panasonic strengthens its position as a leader in
HVAC&R, encouraging a culture of innovation and technical expertise that
prepares the industry to meet future challenges.
