Panasonic Supports the New LIFE iTS4ZEB Webinar Series on Greener Energy Solutions

07/11/2025

Panasonic Heating and Cooling Solutions, a proud partner in the LIFE iTS4ZEB project, is excited to be part of the LIFE iTS4ZEB Talks: Sharing Energy Solutions for a Greener Europe, designed to share knowledge, practical insights and innovative approaches to sustainable energy.

This series brings together experts and project partners to showcase cutting-edge developments in the LIFE iTS4ZEB initiative, including:

  • Heat pumps and their integration with thermal energy storage (TES)
  • Thermodynamic insights into latent storage
  • Life cycle assessments of sustainable technologies
  • Smart controls and system matching
  • Real-world applications and product demonstrations of iTS4ZEB modules

These webinars are open to anyone interested in the topics, including professionals, researchers, decision-makers and engaged members of the public across Europe who are passionate about advancing zero-emission buildings and energy-efficient systems.

The LIFE iTS4ZEB project (Innovative Thermal Storage for Zero Emission Buildings) is a collaborative European effort focused on advancing the use of TES heat pump technologies to make zero-emission buildings a reality. The project aims to develop, demonstrate, and scale up innovative solutions that maximise energy efficiency and reduce carbon emissions in both residential and commercial buildings.

As part of its commitment to innovation and sustainability, Panasonic is actively contributing to iTS4ZEB's goals by helping field-test new TES technologies in 50 buildings across Europe. In addition to these practical activities, Panasonic is also supporting the dissemination of insights and results, helping to raise awareness and share knowledge. These insights will inform much of the content presented in the series, offering a unique opportunity to see the real-world impact of energy innovation in action.

On Wednesday, 15th October 2025, the first episode took place live on LinkedIn. The session registered an encouraging level of participation, and Panasonic is happy to see growing interest around these topics. If you missed the episode, you can watch the full recording on YouTube here.

The next episode in the series will take place on Wednesday, November 26th at 17:00 CET. The speaker will be Giulia Righetti, Professor at the University of Padova, who will give a talk on heat pumps - from theory to advantages, drawbacks, and potential applications. You can register here: Second Live Webinar.
