October 2020: Panasonic has announced a new partnership
with Diamond Air Conditioning for the distribution of its full range of highly
energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump solutions to the Irish market. Diamond
Air is an experienced, independently owned supplier to the sector in Ireland
established in 2011.
Vincent
Mahony, Panasonic Ireland Country Manager explains, “Diamond Air has a great
network and very knowledgeable team who are skilled, not only in heat pump
technology but also in providing additional design assistance, technical
support and training. Their reach will help us satisfy the growing demand for cost-effective,
highly-efficient heating and cooling solutions and help create more sustainable
buildings across Ireland.”
Michael Clancy and Graham McCann, the two Directors of
Diamond Air Ltd both have considerable experience within the sector. Clancy comments “We are very excited by our partnership
with Panasonic, as we want to keep pace with the ever-changing demands of the
marketplace and of new products as well as technological developments to ensure
that we continue to satisfy our clients’ needs.
We are renowned for the quality of our service, strength and versatility
of our product range and adding Panasonic to our portfolio enhances this offering
even further.”
McCann adds “Teaming up with Panasonic reinforces this
capability and sits perfectly with the design, installation and technical
support facilities we provide to our customer base. It’s also great news that
we can now offer the Panasonic brand in our most popular area, the 20kW and
25kW multi-split units with R32, while Panasonic’s 7-year warranty option is a further
benefit to our customers. We are delighted to be working with Panasonic and to offer
our customers all the benefits and increased product range that this
partnership brings.”
The Diamond Air warehouse in Dublin is now fully stocked
and ready to take orders for next-day delivery. Furthermore, the company has partnered with a
nationwide logistics provider, a critical requirement in today’s market, this
will ensure all orders are processed and delivered in a timely fashion to
guarantee on-site delivery to the required location and at a specified time.
The
Team at Diamond Air can also provide complete design assistance and technical support
in addition to a new dedicated training facility at its head office where
dealers regularly attend seminars on new products and technology developments. The
team works closely with installers to ensure that each project is executed to
deliver optimum performance, energy efficiency savings and full compliance with
all regulatory stands and requirements.
Clancy
further comments, “This is a significant milestone for Diamond Air Conditioning
as it marks the beginning of a new era in our continuous evolvement. We also
believe it is significant for our dealer network partners as we are now
providing them access to the Panasonic air-to-air range of cutting-edge
products which will open up new opportunities for them.”
