Panasonic Aquarea air source heat pumps are a low carbon and energy efficient solution with an A+++ energy rating and SCOP of 5.12[1] on their latest model for heating and hot water.
The range is very reliable, quiet to operate, and highly energy
efficient compared to oil fired boilers or electric heaters. Heat pumps can
play a huge role in lower carbon emissions, plus when linked to the right smart
controllers such as the Panasonic Smart Cloud, they can offer huge savings for
domestic hot water and heating provision.
The latest Aquarea L range from Panasonic, uses the natural refrigerant
R290 and ideal when renovating a home with existing radiators but also good for
underfloor heating too. The system provides a water outlet temperature of up to
75oC with the outdoor unit able to operate in outside temperatures down
to -25oC.
The units can be integrated and connected seamlessly with the Wi-Fi module in the indoor unit and energy usage easily monitored for cost saving measures and maintenance via the Panasonic Smart Cloud app that can be operated remotely via a smartphone or laptop.
