Panasonic PRO Awards Returns for its 5th Edition: Celebrating 10 Years of Excellence in Heating and Cooling
17/01/2025

Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions is delighted to announce the return of its European PRO Awards scheme, marking a decade since its inception. These awards are designed to recognise and highlight the top HVAC+R projects that have implemented Panasonic’s cutting-edge and sustainable solutions.
The Panasonic PRO Awards recognise outstanding achievements in the design, specification, installation, and commissioning of Panasonic heating and cooling solutions. This year’s award scheme consists of four categories to choose from, with all participants of the project (architects, consultants, distributors, installers and engineers) invited to submit their exceptional projects throughout Europe. Winners will be invited on a trip to Czech Republic for a special awards ceremony, plus have the chance to see first-hand the manufacturing process behind the company’s Aquarea heat pumps in its recently expanded factory.
"We're thrilled to announce the return of the PRO Awards, celebrating the most energy efficient, creative and effective installations of our technology across Europe," comments Albert Blasco, European Marketing Manager HVACR at Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions Europe. "It's a fantastic opportunity for us to shine the spotlight on our distributors, consultants and installers who are working hard to ensure sustainable heating, cooling and refrigeration systems are delivered to their clients."
The PRO Award categories cover a wide range of
applications. They will demonstrate how the company’s technology is delivering
real benefits to businesses and consumers. The judges will be looking for
innovative solutions, in particular those that have made a great difference and
provide high quality and performance, on top of cost effective, aesthetic and
efficient solutions.
There are four categories open to enter:
• Best
Residential Project
• Best
Hospitality Project
• Best
Retail Project
• Best Commercial Project
In addition to the above entries, the judges will also
select the most outstanding projects in the additional categories:
• Best
Innovative Project
• Best
Sustainable Project
• Best Natural
Refrigerant Project
• Indoor Air Quality
The winners will be selected by a panel of expert Panasonic judges, plus special guest judge Marta San Román, General Director of AFEC and Member of the Board of the European Heat Pump Association (EHPA).
To be eligible, projects must be based in Europe and have been completed between 1 January 2023 – 31 December 2024. The deadline for submitting entries is 28 March 2025, through the online form. Winners will be announced Summer 2025.
The PRO Awards are free to enter and are open to any project featuring Panasonic’s air conditioning, heating and/or cooling and refrigeration systems that have been installed in an environment related to the above categories. It should be ensured that only one entry per project should be received, with permission from all major parties involved. Every qualifying entrant will receive a portable nanoe™ X generator.
