Panasonic Presents the Future of Heat Pumps at ISH 2025
06/02/2025

Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions will showcase its latest advancements in heating technologies at ISH in Frankfurt, 17 – 21 March 2025. Visitors to stand Hall 12.0 E70 can explore Panasonic’s innovations in heat pump solutions, designed to meet the demands of applications of all sizes. From enhanced performance capabilities to cascading options, Panasonic’s latest advancements offer greater efficiency and flexibility than ever before. Panasonic will also be hosting an exclusive press conference at ISH, Monday 17 March at 2pm in Hall 10.3 – Room Reflexion 1 and 2.
A2W Heat Pumps: High Performance and Intelligent Heat Distribution Systems
Panasonic's Aquarea M Series heat pumps, in partnership with tado° for seamless integration of control technology, can reduce heating costs by up to 22%. This is achieved with the help of the intelligent control system which enables precise temperature control, multi-room management and dynamic tariff optimisation.
The T-CAP range in Panasonic’s M and Big Aquarea series maintains total capacity heating output, keeping it constant even at extremely low outside temperatures of down to -20 °C, making it the ideal choice for existing buildings without the need for extensive refurbishment in all climate zones. The T-CAP M series can now cascade up to 10 units for a combined output of 300kW, thanks to the introduction of the Advanced Cascade Edge controller.
The Aquarea Loop system, designed for apartment buildings, uses a central water circuit with low temperatures (20 °C to 30 °C) to individually heat and cool rooms efficiently. It uses the environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and has a compact design, perfect for sustainable heating and cooling. This system suits refurbishment projects well as it integrates seamlessly into existing infrastructures.
The range also includes the Aquarea Air Smart Fan Coil units, which combine heating and cooling in one compact device. With a depth of just 12.9 cm, they fit any room design and include efficient motors and flexible operating modes, making them ideal for complementing Aquarea heat pumps for maximum energy savings and comfort.
Room Air Conditioners: Innovative Solutions for Heating and Cooling
Panasonic will also present innovative room air conditioners, new VRF solutions, and chillers at ISH. The Power Heat Multi series works in extreme temperatures down to -25 °C and allows independent heating or cooling of multiple rooms, ideal for both private and commercial use.
The RAC Solo room air conditioner, compact and elegant, is perfect for limited spaces since it does not require an outdoor unit and is quick and easy to install, providing a flexible solution for modern living spaces.
VRF Systems and R290 Chillers: Optimum Efficiency
Additionally, Panasonic will also showcase its innovations in VRF systems. The new ECOi EX MZ1 uses the efficient R32 refrigerant, offering reduced refrigerant consumption and enhanced safety for commercial projects.
Panasonic's R290 chillers, ideal for large commercial and municipal buildings, combine efficiency and environmental friendliness, making them perfect for heating and cooling as well as hot water heating.
ISH Festival 2025
Panasonic will also have a stand at the ISH Festival 2025 in Hall 6.1 D50Q. The ISH Festival is aimed primarily at young installers and offers numerous hands-on activities.
