Process Flow

Are you motivated and eager to join us? The steps to apply for one of our opportunities are simple. Find out more about how to hand in your application and what happens after that.

Find a position that matches you or hand in an unsolicited application in our recruitment portal.

Our local HR department and the hiring manager will review all applications and invite suitable candidates to the first interview round. Depending on the location and type of position, the first interview will be done virtual or in person.

If you are invited to the second interview round, you will be asked to complete an online assessment in advance. We use this to have as much objective information during the recruitment process as possible. Depending on the positions you are applying for, it will include one or multiple of the following assessments: Cognitive Assessment / Personality Questionnaire / Motivational Questionnaire

The second interview usually takes place as a face-to-face interview. Depending on the type of position you are applying for, we might ask you to prepare a short 10-15 minute presentation about a specific topic related to the position.



After the second interview we will make the hiring decision and you will receive the contract offer.

When you join us your Manager and HR team will create an onboarding plan together with you, to best meet your individual needs.
