Panasonic recognised in UK's Best Workplaces for Development™ 2025 List
23/05/2025
Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions has officially been named as one of the UK's Best Workplaces for Development™ 2025 by Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture. Panasonic have been recognised in the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development List which values companies making employee development a key part of company culture.
John Kellett, Panasonic Heating & Cooling Solutions Country Manager for UK and Ireland commented, “It’s a great honour to be ranked as one of the Best Workplaces for Development™ by Great Place to Work. Our commitment to developing the skills and progression of our employees is a valuable strength that bolsters the collective success of our company. This award is a testament to our employees, and their invaluable contribution to create a positive and supportive work environment.”
Panasonic’s inclusion on this exclusive list officially acknowledges the ongoing commitment to development, innovation and employee growth. Over the past 60 years numerous new benefits, procedures and policies have been introduced to solidify the commitment to employee development including their wide range of internal training courses exclusively offered to employees.
“Training and development aren’t just about helping employees perform their day-to-day tasks – it’s about demonstrating that people are valued and that there’s a clear path for growth and inclusion. When employees can’t see opportunities ahead, they’re less likely to be fully engaged, which can harm both productivity and retention,” said Benedict Gautrey, Managing Director of Great Place To Work® UK. “Congratulations to Panasonic for being part of our 2025 UK’s Best Workplaces for Development List."
To compile the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development List, Great Place To Work® reviewed each company’s culture, benefits, approach to leadership and development, alongside anonymous responses from employees. These data insights are then used to benchmark each company's employee value proposition against the culture employees actual experience. Only the businesses who achieve the highest scores after evaluation receive Best Workplaces™ status.
