Panasonic Heating & Cooling UK Earns Great Place To Work Certification™

Panasonic
Heating and Cooling Solutions is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place To Work®
for 2024-2025. As part of the certification process, a survey showed that 86%
of Panasonic Heating & Cooling UK employees ranked the company as a great
place to work, compared to 54% at a typical UK company. The survey noted the
strong feedback culture, experiential growth opportunities, training and career
development initiatives to drive holistic development as particular strengths
for the company.
Great
Place To Work® is the global authority on workplace culture, employee
experience, and the leadership behaviours proven to deliver market-leading
revenue, employee retention and increased innovation.

consistent and intentional dedication to the overall employee experience,"
says Sarah Lewis-Kulin, the Vice President of Global Recognition at Great Place
To Work. She emphasises that Certification is the sole official recognition
earned by the real-time feedback of employees regarding their company culture.

Panasonic training initiatives available to all employees encompass management
philosophy, culture, business and leadership workshops. Panasonic Heating &
Cooling Solutions is also committed to support the emerging talent through
their various intakes such as Industrial Placements, Apprentices, Student Exchange
Programs, and work placement programs.
As a
direct result of these commitments, Panasonic employees has built an
environment that 97% of employees felt welcomed into when they joined. Prioritising
fair treatment amongst employees, 98% of employees feel physically safe at
work, 98% of employees feel treated fairly regardless of race, and 98% of
employees feel they are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation.
Gaining
the recognition of Great Place to Work is further solidified by Panasonic’s continued
support for ex-military personnel, offering them a bespoke upto 12 month all
expenses paid training package. Panasonic’s
